Q: I’m worried it’s going to be very expensive and I’ll struggle to afford you.
A: Our pricing is crystal clear with no hidden surprises. Together we estimate how much of our time your business needs and what is affordable. You then have 3 choices:

Lump sum to draw down over time – ideal for longer-term, complicated projects

Package – decide your objectives: better marketing, sort out cash flow or perhaps to a deadline – then pay in staged payments

Fixed amount monthly to access our services when you need them.
Q: Is this like a phone contract where if I don’t use my time within a month I lose it?
A: No, definitely not. Your payments credit time to your business and accumulate until you decide to use them.
Q: Will you force me to use my time quickly or meet you every month?
A: No. Unlike others, we will never pressurise you into meeting or contacting us more frequently than you need. We ask that you respect our diaries and book meetings ahead of time but the frequency is your decision.
About us
Q: Are you on commission from banks. insurance agents, accountants, graphic designers, etc?
A: No. We are totally impartial and without bias. We do not seek referral fees or commissions from any source. We know, like and trust an extensive network of professionals and are proud to pass on their details. We work hard to build relationships that are strong on trust, reciprocity and durability. That means we are not passing you to a source of income for us, nor will we ever pass you onto people we would not happily pay our own money to. We believe that healthier business is produced as a result of no-cost, reciprocal relationships than any incentive schemes. After all, our motto is ‘Better business, together’.
Q: I want to ‘bend the rules’ – will you help me?
A: Our values are more important to us than money. Therefore we will decline to work with you if you want to break the law or act unethically.
Q: Why don’t you offer free consultations?
A: We will talk to most businesses on the phone for around 20-30 minutes. This is time spent finding out if we can help. Sometimes we refer you to others, other times we decide to work together, sometimes that’s ‘enough for now’ and we talk at a later date. There is never pressure to sign up.
About you
Q: I’m very laid back and like to treat my customers fairly, will you force me to become hard-headed and tough?
A: No! We believe your business should suit you – work the hours you want, get the profits you want using methods you are comfortable with. Unlike others, we won’t force you to change; we help you manage your business.
Q: My business is based in my home. Will we meet there?
A: We believe meetings should be in accessible venues local to you, minimising your downtime and travel but never at your home.
Q: My business operates Mon-Fri 9 – 5pm, will I have to take time out to meet you?
A: No. We can set up face-to-face meetings or Skype outside of conventional work hours, evenings until 8.30pm or early mornings from 6.30am without extra charge.
Q: Will you tell me what I want to hear, will you be my friend?
A: Our relationship with you is honest, practical, challenging and results-focused. We won’t always agree with you and will sometimes say what needs to be said, no matter if you want to hear it or not. We suggest but never dictate. We encourage you to make your own decisions but are not afraid to put forward alternatives.
Q: I’ve lost my energy and enthusiasm. Can you help?
A: Some of our clients initially feel this way. Our first discussion shares our passion about business and we take time to uncover why you feel as you do. Tgether we draw up an achievable plan of actions designed to boost your confidence and re-ignite your feelings about your business.
Q: Will you share my information with others?
A: All your information and our relationship with you is kept strictly confidential at all times and your details are securely stored to Data Protection Act guidelines.
Q: What happens if something goes wrong?
A: We take all concerns very seriously. If you have any queries or issues, we like you to raise them as soon as possible.
